How do I clone a Webflow template after purchase?
After purchasing, go to your dashboard and click "Clone to Webflow." This will open the template in your Webflow workspace where you can customize it.
What's the difference between license types?
Personal licenses are for non-commercial use, Commercial licenses are for one client/business project, and Extended licenses allow unlimited projects and white-labeling.
How do creator payouts work?
Creators earn a percentage of each sale. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect. You need to set up your Stripe Connect account in your creator dashboard.
Can I get a refund on a purchased template?
Refund requests are handled within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. If the template doesn't match its description or is non-functional, you'll receive a full refund.
